Oroweat® Keto Original Tortillas
- 2 Oroweat® Keto Tortilla
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Vegetable Oil
- 4 Bacon Strips (75g), sliced into 1/8” strips
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 cup (25g) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup (80ml) Guacamole, store-bought
- 1 Medium Tomato (50g), diced
- Hot Sauce (optional)
- 2 tbsp (3g) Cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the Keto tortillas one by one until crispy, about 2 minutes, flipping often. Set aside, discard any remaining oil.
- Fry the bacon until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Fry the eggs sunny side up in the bacon fat until reaching the desired consistency. Sprinkle eggs with cheese in the last 2 minutes so the cheese melts on top.
- Spread each fried Keto Tortilla with guacamole, top with egg, crispy bacon, tomatoes, and if using, hot sauce and cilantro.
