Ingredients

  • 2 Oroweat® Keto Tortilla
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) No Sugar Added Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Mozzarella Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Cooked Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Cooked Bacon, sliced into.1/8-inch strips
  • 10 (20g) Pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (25g) Mushroom, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Green Pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp (2g) Parmesan Cheese, grated

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the keto tortillas on the baking sheet. Divide tomato sauce between tortillas and spread, leaving 1/4-inch free around the edge.
  3. Evenly divide all remaining ingredients, reserving parmesan for garnish.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with parmesan and enjoy!
