Ingrédients

  • 4 tortillas Oroweat® Keto, réchauffées
  • 3 saucisses italiennes épicées, coupées en tranches de 1/2 po
  • 1/2 chacun (300 g) de poivrons rouges, verts et jaunes, tranchés
  • 1/2 (50 g) oignon rouge, tranché
  • 1 tasse (30 g) de chou frisé, râpé
  • 1/4 tasse (5 g) de basilic frais, déchiré

Préparation

  1. Faire chauffer une grande poêle à feu moyen-vif. Faire sauter les tranches de saucisse, environ 3 minutes.
  2. Ajouter les poivrons et les oignons. Continuer à cuire jusqu'à ce que les poivrons soient presque cuits et que les saucisses soient dorées, environ 8 minutes.
  3. Ajouter le chou frisé et cuire jusqu'à ce qu'il soit ramolli, soit 3 minutes supplémentaires.
  4. Répartir le mélange de saucisses et de poivrons dans les tortillas Keto. Saupoudrer de basilic frais, rouler et déguster!
