Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes - sliced
  • 300 gms mortadella – sliced
  • 100 gms capicolla
  • 100 gms salami
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 1 cup fresh pesto

Preparation

  1. Spread on 4 slices of Oroweat Organic Whole Wheat with pesto and the other four with ricotta. 
  2. Layer four slices with tomatoes, mortadella, capicolla, salami top with remaining spread bread. 
  3. Toast in a panini press.
