Ingredients

  • 250 g sharp cheese - shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 scallions
  • 3 red peppers – peeled, seeded and chopped
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • turkey slices
  • sliced pickles
  • 1/4 iceburg lettuce thinly shredded

Preparation

  1. Mix together shredded cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic salt, hot pepper sauce, vinegar, paprika, worcestershire sauce, scallions, red peppers, black pepper. 
  2. Spread over four (4) slices of Oroweat Organic 22 Grains & Seeds
  3. Layer with turkey slices and sliced pickles. 
  4. Top with shredded iceburg lettuce and another slice of Oroweat Organic 22 Grains & Seeds
