Keto Turkey & Bacon Ranch Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Oroweat Keto Tortilla (7-inch/18 cm)
  • 2 slices Leftover Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1/4 cup Orange Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 2 Slices of Cooked Bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 Ripe Avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Ranch Dressing

Preparation

  1. In skillet set over low heat, toast tortilla for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or just until slightly golden.
  2. Arrange turkey down along center of tortilla. Top with cheese, bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes and dressing, leaving small border at top of tortilla. Fold bottom of wrap over filling, then fold in sides, leaving one end of tortilla open.

Tips

As a variation, substitute grilled chicken or steak for turkey.
