Ingredients

8 slices of Oroweat® Organic 22 Grains & Seeds
-
1/2 stick of butter
-
4 eggs
-
8 slices gruyere cheese
-
8 slices fresh ham
-
1 bunch collard greens
-
2 tablespoons of olive oil
-
salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Pan fry each egg to desired doneness (i.e. easy over, sunny side- up, over hard etc.)
- Wash and chop greens, blanch and saute. Seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread one side of each slice of Oroweat® Organic 22 Grains & Seeds with butter and place 4 slices into a skillet butter side down..
- Top with sliced ham, fried egg and some sauteed greens.
- Top with gruyere cheese and the other slice of buttered Oroweat® Organic 22 Grains & Seeds – butter side up.
- Heat in skillet until crispy and golden.
- Flip the sandwich and repeat.
