  1. Spread almond butter over 4 slices of toast.
  2. Top evenly with banana slices, chopped dates and mini chocolate chips. Cap with remaining toast; press lightly. To serve, cut in half.

Tips

  • Substitute raisins, cranberries or chopped apricots for dates.
  • Warm the sandwiches in a toaster oven for a few minutes to melt the chocolate chips or press in a panini press.
