Ingredients

  • 1 store bought rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 2 stalks celery - diced
  • 1 small red onion - diced
  • parsley
  • sliced tomatoes
  • romaine lettuce

Preparation

  1. Shred chicken. 
  2. Mix together mayonnaise, bbq sauce, diced celery, onion and parsley. 
  3. Combine with chicken. 
  4. Build sandwiches by layering romaine lettuce on bread, topped with bbq chicken and sliced tomatoes.
